Green: Valid for Green events.
Bronze: Includes Green and Bronze events.
Silver: Includes Green, Bronze, and Silver events.
Gold: Includes Green, Bronze, Silver, and Gold events.
Platinum: Unlimited access to all events.
Each membership is valid for 30 days. You can renew or change it at the end of the period.
Note: Paying for a membership does not guarantee confirmation for attending an event, as participation depends on the organizer’s selection.

Yes, you can cancel your registration before the event is confirmed. However, once a VIP event is confirmed, you cannot cancel or attend another event scheduled for the same date and time.

Failure to attend without prior notice may result in penalties, such as:
Being blocked by the venue or organizer.
A low rating on your profile, which could affect your selection for future events.
Possible loss of membership if the event is a VIP event.

When you sign up for an event, your attendance depends on the organizer’s confirmation. If the organizer selects you, you will receive a notification. Keep in mind that even with a membership, your participation is not guaranteed if you are not chosen.

15 minutes before the event ends, both the organizer and the attendees will receive a message to report any incidents and confirm whether everything went well. Currently, it is not possible to request an extension of the event.

An organizer is someone who creates private events through the app. They can select attendees from those who sign up, set the dress code, preferred languages, and other details.

Punctuality is essential. If you arrive late, the organizer has the right to cancel your attendance.

When creating an event, the organizer can select the preferred languages for the attendees. Guests must speak at least one of the selected languages.

In your profile section, you’ll find a dedicated referrals area. There, you’ll have access to your personal code, which you can share to invite new Star and Host users. Every time the users you refer use the app, you’ll earn exclusive benefits.
